How to buy from 'Keeping it Small'

Payment Method:  Direct Deposit (using our Mobile Ph. #) or PayPal.

Postage & Packaging (via Australia Post): 

•  Orders under $50 - P & P at cost.

• As of 1st Jan 2024: Orders $50 to under $100 

  •  - parcels up to 500gm, Postage wi11 be capped at $6** 

  •  - parcels > 500gm, Postage wi11 be capped at $10**  

•  Orders $100 & over (excluding Doll Houses) - Free Postage**. 

  • ** Excluding additional cost of: 

    •  1. Express Post if requested 

    •  2. Extra Insurance (Aust. Post) if requested, & 

    •  3. Any Temporary Levies imposed by Aust. Post on specific deliveries. ​​

  •  These additional costs will be at customer's expense. 

• NB: Aust. Post Parcels are trackable.​

 

Returns & Refunds etc.: 

• We do our best to ensure that the items you receive, will meet your expectations as to suitability, quality & price, & arrive safely.

• If you do have any delivery issues, please contact us promptly for a suitable resolution.

• If you have breakages in your delivery - proof of damage would be appreciated.
